My picture(by the way i've no sight problems only the image had been taken few minutes after i had been married and i was blinded a little by bright lights).

Most proud of:

Teamed with the quality engineer we did the assessment of the workers efficiency for the whole factory with an out of the box use of the attributive MSA concept but on my big sorrow my boss told me that i couldn't participate on the team that presented the data because i lack the neccesary presenting skills , but i was allowed to do the datavisualisation for him and his boss and faciliate their comprehension but only about an hour long and do the assessment twice a year for the next years all alone and refine the method of course.The data showed that the method may generated an additional 2-5% increase yearly in the productivity and it was also used to choose lead operators and trainers.It was also used also as one of the objective basis number for workers compensation and motivation.With the quality engineer we from the start we had the goal to find a transparent , public , objective , non punitive system. So the results were not witheld from the workers so everybody could see everybody's result. It made no problems(because of good management support) except the first time and later on it made a small healthy competition within the production workers(operators ,quality technicians, shift leaders , some of the engineers and managers also made it voluntarily to test themselves:)) ) without any pressure from leaders or management.

Made a process improvement usable for a whole production line ,so he had assigned to me and to the project 5 people whose participation and work i managed for a few weeks time and had to teach to them what exactly they should do in the project. So i have a very short project management experience.The data and results generated by our project had been relied by other projects later on.

Had been doing ISO9001 and TS16949 audit preparations for measuring lab for many years as assistant to the lab leader in a 24 persons lab and later by an other company also as leading a very small lab but it was so small that there wasn't really a measuring lab leader position. There i also needed to develope the measuring equipment supervision from the scratch for the whole factory and the lab. MSA and SPC in Q-STAT for the whole PPAP process and for all the production lines.

Still liking measurement systems analysis and statistical process controll and process quality and statistics 😁 ;

Least proud of:

I had probably the most expensive oscilloscope in the world , i wanted to invest in 40-50 bitcoins at 10$ but instead i decided to buy a scope thinking it is more useful not to forget electronical skills when working only with mechanical and flow measurements , i couldn't afford a Tek so i bougt a Hantek DSO5202P that costed me about 750k$. So long for early retirement 😭
